VISION
The client want to reclaim his patio that needed a complete overhaul. As we talked through future plans for the house, we settled on doing the project is three phases. After the client saw how well the patio rebuild went, we executed the other phases right away.
COMPLETION
We really got to flex a lot of our muscles on this project. The patio needed to be completely reframed due to the condition of the existing framing and the re-design of the window layout. A lot of time went into the design and material choices.
We executed all three phases of this job very well and gave the client some high value square footage to their home.
